The Fiscal Year 2017 Annual Report highlights the State of Wisconsin's achievement towards its goal of spending 5% with MBEs and 1% with DVBs. In FY17 the State of Wisconsin spent approximately $2.4B for Chapter 16 Goods and Services, of which 4.87% or around $119M was spent with diverse MBE and DVB suppliers.
