The Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Report highlights the State of Wisconsin's achievement towards its goal of spending 5% with MBEs and 1% with DVBs. In FY20 the State of Wisconsin spent approximately $2.5 B for Chapter 16 Goods and Services, of which 5.4% or around $137M was spent with diverse MBE and DVB suppliers. For the first time in six years the state met its goal of spending 5% with Minority-Owned Business Enterprises.
