DVB Application Process

In order to become DVB certified, Businesses must follow this 4-step process:

  1. Register Business - wisdp.wi.gov​

  2. Login to the Wisconsin Supplier Diversity Portal and Complete the DVB Certification Application

  3. Upload required documents from the DVB Checklist.pdf

  4. Verify and Submit ​DVB Certification ​​Application​

Supplier Diversity Program staff will revie​w submitted applications within 30 days. If there are questions or additional documents needed, SDP staff will communicate directly​​ with the Business' Primary Contact person.

There is a $150 fee for new DVB Certification Applications.​ Please make check or money order payable to "Department of Administration" and mail it to:

Please submit DVB Certification Applications in their entirety as incomplete​ applications or applications without all the required or requested documents require longer review and processing time.​

Joint Ventures are one-time associations of 2 or more persons or businesses for the purpose of carrying out a time-limited, singe business enterprise. ​Please see the JV Guidelines doc​​ument below for more information on JVs.
